The white 2020 Organza was produced with a blend of 45% Viura, 30% Garnacha Blanca and 25% Malvasía Riojana with 12.6% alcohol and a pH of 3.3. It fermented in new oak barrels where it matured for 11 months in contact with the lees that were stirred twice per week during the first six months. 2020 was fresher year, and Marcos Eguren considers it a very good vintage for whites, with mildew in the spring that reduced the yield. The wine is very clean and complex, with notes of chamomile, dried flowers and pollen and a medium-bodied palate with a chalky texture, finishing long and dry. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2021.

The white 2017 Organza is a blend of 45% Viura, 35% Garnacha Blanca and 20% Malvasía Riojana and has a contained 12.5% alcohol and good acidity. The grapes were pressed after 16 hours of maceration, the juice was let to settle, and it fermented in new oak barrels, where the wine matured for 11 months in contact with the lees that were stirred twice per week during the first six months. It feels like 2017 was very good year for whites, even if the year was marked by the frost at the of end of April, and there were uneven bunches so that they had to select the grapes. It has a captivating nose of pollen, yellow flowers and a touch of honeycomb. The palate is dry and serious, quite tasty, with good balance. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2018.

I found the 2016 Organza much fresher and linear and with better acidity than the 2015. It's a similar blend, mostly Viura with 25% Malvasía Riojana and 20% Garnacha Blanca, fermented and aged in new French barriques. This feels very young and undeveloped, and in a vintage like 2016 which has incredible freshness, even more so. It has tension and lots of acidity and complexity, but it's still in need of time in bottle, where it should develop much more. This could very well be the finest vintage of Organza. 10,000 bottles were filled in September 2017.

The 2015 Organza, a blend of Viura with 30% Malvasía Riojana and 20% Garnacha Blanca, is from a ripe vintage with higher alcohol than normal. It fermented in new oak barrels, where the wine matured for 11 months in contact with the lees that were stirred twice per week during the first six months. This is a wine that develops tremendously in bottle, as I could tell by comparing the 2015 with the 2016. This is riper and headier, with a more developed nose and great volume. But it doesn't have the depth and complexity of the 2016. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2016.

The 2014 Organza continues with the line of the 2013, with much better integrated oak. There are white fruit and balsamic aromas with subtle spices. The palate reveals good acidity, though it is perhaps not as vibrant as the 2013. They had to harvest quite quickly, because it rained constantly after September 26th and botrytis was everywhere; but as the summer had been quite warm, the grapes were ripe. As before, it's mostly Viura with 30% Malvasía Riojana and around 15% Garnacha Blanca picked from the old white vines intermixed with the reds in the old vineyards. 7,100 bottles produced.
