The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is structural and savory, with a core of purple berry fruit. Layers of tannins wrap around the fruit, making for a firm, savory style of Cabernet Sauvignon—one that will age gracefully.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon features wonderfully pure aromas of pencilly French oak and cassis. It's full-bodied and voluminous yet not heavy at all, showing a plush, round, silky mouthfeel before turning rich and savory on the long finish. With its classic varietal expression, it's a terrific ambassador for Coonawarra Cabernet and should drink well for another decade.

Deep garnet in color, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is slowly evolving into a lovely crème de cassis, blackberry preserves and menthol-laced palate with suggestions of sandalwood, dried mint and mocha. Medium-bodied, it is drinking nicely now with expressive baked cassis and incense-perfumed flavors, plus a pleasant grip of tannins, finishing just a little short and drying.
